Dressing Ingredients
1/2 cup avocado oil
2 Tbsp mustard
2 Tbsp balsamic
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
1 pinch sea salt
Salad Ingredients
2 cups chopped kale
1 cup kelp noodles
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup sliced tomato
2 Tbsp sliced kalamata olives
2 Tbsp raw cashew cheese
2 Tbsp pepitas
1 tsp dulse flakes
Directions
- Blend all dressing ingredients in an 8 oz mason jar using the Personal Blender II.
- Prepare all salad toppings.
- Layers salad first with kale, then kelp noodles.
- Add 1/2 dressing mix and toss.
- Add all remaining salad toppings.
- Finish with dressing and enjoy!
