Ambrosia Nectar Juice Recipe
2 Bunches Grapes
3 Apples (Yellow Delicious, Granny Smith, or Pippin), (Cut into 6 pieces)
1 Kiwi (Peeled and cut into 2 pieces)
1 Slice Honeydew (Cut into cubes)
1 Slice Pineapple (Cut into cubes)
1 Whole Lemon (Peeled and cut into 4 pieces)
½ Cup Cranberries
1. Alternate juicing grapes, kiwi pieces, melon cubes, pineapple cubes, apple
pieces and cranberries
2. Juice lemon separately and add to taste
Note: Quantities of ingredients may be varied with good results

Toffee Bars with Goji Berries


For the bar base:

  • 4 Cups Pecans
  • 2 Cups Raw Cacao
  • 1 Cup Raw Agave Nectar or Raw Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. Sea Salt

For the topping:

  • 1 Cup Almonds
  • 1 Cup Goji Berries
  • 1 Cup Espresso Beans (Optional, replace with Cacao Nibs if preferred)
  • ½ Cup Coconut Butter
  • ½ Cup Raw Cacao
  • 1/3 Cup Raw Agave Nectar or Raw Honey
  • 1 Tsp. Sea Salt

In a basic food processor with the s-blade in place process the nuts from the base into a basic meal. Add in the cacao and spices and pulse until well combined. Then add the desired sweetener while the machine is in operation. A crust or dough ball should begin to form. Turn off food processor once dough ball is formed. Line a dehydration tray with a mesh screen and a nonstick drying sheet of your choice. Then transfer dough ingredients onto the dehydration tray and press out evenly to cover the tray. Then in a mid-sized bowl whisk together the cacao, sweetener of choice, and sea salt until well combined. Using an offset spatula spread out this mixture over the bar base. Then in the food processor with the s-blade attachment in place pulse the remaining topping ingredients until chopped down to smaller pieces. Take this topping and sprinkle over the bars. Once completely assembled place dehydration tray in the dehydrator set at 118 degrees. Dehydrate at 118 degrees for 2 hours until the toffee bar has become cake like. Serve warm or freeze and serve cold. Store leftovers for up to 21 days in the refrigerator.

Sproutman’s Super Green Smoothie Recipe

Makes about 1½ cups (375 ml)

If the flavor of the greens in this drink is too much for you, neutralize it by adding more tomato or a peeled cucumber. Baby kale or baby spinach are more delicately flavored than their mature counterparts.

Handful of Alfalfa Sprouts
¼ cup (60 ml) chopped tomato
¾ cup (185 ml) chopped parsley
1½ cups (375 ml) loosely-packed baby spinach or kale
1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 ml) lemon juice
1 teaspoon (5 ml) olive oil
1 to 2 teaspoons (5 to 10 ml) tamari

Blend ingredients together at a low power setting to minimize oxidation.
