1) Blend ½ cup raw cashews or pine nuts, 2/3 cup tomato, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 clove garlic and 1 tsp sea salt.
2) Toss with 4 cups broccoli florets and dehydrate for 8-10 hours at 118 degrees in the Sedona Express Food Dehydrator.
