Try these easy juice combinations to begin to see the benefits of this powerful root!

Chef Tip: To prepare your Tumeric for juicing , clean the root well with fresh clean water. If using a cold press, like the Slowstar it’s not necessary to remove the skin which contains many trace minerals that support your health. Once cleaned refrigerate until ready to juice.

Tumeric Sunshine

2 inches fresh turmeric root
4 carrots
1 orange, skin removed

Spicy Tumeric

2 inches fresh turmeric root
1 inch fresh ginger root
1 red bell pepper, stemmed and de-seeded
2 stalks celery
1 green apple

Tumeric Chai Mylk

2 inches fresh turmeric
1 cup raw coconut or cashew mylk
2 tbsp coconut nectar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 pinch sea salt

You can also juice your Tumeric in advance if using a cold press and in this case we recommend to store it in an airtight mason jar for up to 3 days!
